599 homes were listed with an average list price of 160k, ranging from 10k to 1.6 million.

Since June 1st, 439 homes were recorded as sold with an average sale price of 150k. 100% of homes on average have received their asking price. Of course some homes went for over asking and some went a little under asking price but for the most part people received their price and so will you!
